I hired Xclusive Outdoor Living to build my kitchen and they did a phenomenal job! Of course there was delays (only because of permitting). After all the permits were taken care of they got to work. But the kicker is... I had to install an exhaust fan over the stainless steel grill and when its bein used o noticed that fumes from grill were seeping into my house. We contracted with Xclusive to do a driveway extension and some small landscaping work. They were great. The most difficult thing was dealing with the bureaucrats at the County but Xclusive was able to get everything done despite a very difficult permitting process. We are happy with the work and the office staff and workers were wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Xclusive Outdoor Living: I'm writing this review to warn others about a terrible experience I had with this construction company, Xclusive outdoor company. I contracted them to do a big project project 2 yrsago. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. After their contractor destroyed our gate, Xclusive (Felipe) did not assist in recovering monetary damage and denied responsibility. It cost our HOA thousands of dollars.

I was really hoping not to write a negative review about this Company. I found this Company advertising on a magazine, and I thought it was a great Company based on pictures. We purchased a home and hired this Company for the renovations. I had to wait a long time to schedule the estimate and then to actually start the project. It took about one year after quote for them to begin the project. Random workers started showing up without prior notice to work on the pool renovation.
