Dr. Shi is great! She is my prescriber for mental health meds and is in tuned with what works for me. I’m in a very good place now! She listens to what I say about how I’m feeling and responds accordingly. She anticipates when I’ll be needing refills and calls them in before I run out. We meet monthly through Telehealth because her office is 1½ hours away from me and, despite living so far from her office, I’m required to have a face-to-face with her annually because I’m being prescribed a controlled medication. I can’t recommend Dr. Shi enough. She has consistently been there for me, always responding in a timely and thoughtful manner. It’s rare to find someone who generally cares about your well-being and that shows care in every interaction. Her support has made a meaningful difference in my life, and I am truly grateful.

I think the world of Dr. Shi. She is astute and personable. There are many good things to say about her, but I will simply say that I’m glad she is my psychiatrist! I have to leave this area for a while, but I will go back to her upon returning. Thank you, Dr. Shi.
Dr. Shiu is very attentive and a good listener. Her office is very convenient to my house but we do virtual which is perfect too. I would highly recommend this office as they are very tech savvy and you can do alot of forms right on line, they answer questions quickly too.
