I would strongly advise avoiding this car wash, especially their membership program. Management is extremely immature and unwilling to work with customers in any reasonable way. Even if you cant’t use the membership at all, they refuse to refund or prorate fees — no flexibility, no customer service, just a hard “no.” On top of that, the wash itself is questionable at best. I have three separate vehicles that i bring in once to twice a month each. On my last visit my mirror was ripped off and when I contacted the manager about it she was very rude and refused to do anything about it. She sent me pictures of my truck indicating preexisting damage from before it went through. The part of the mirror that she circled was not even where the mirror broke at and when I took pics up close and sent them to her she still refused to do anything for me. I always like to vacuum my car here before I get it washed and today the vacuums weren't turned on when they open. I knew because they lights on every machine wasn't lit it up. I called they didn't answer mind you they not busy, I pulled up to wash my car and told the worker that the machine wasn't on and she basically lied and said it was. After getting my car wash they turned the vacuum machines on. Instead of lying she could have just apologized, checked, and fixed the issue. Why people gotta be so difficult?
My experience this far has been great. I use to go to the location at the corner of Linwood Ave and Burt Kouns but I don't anymore. Because I felt like if you're paying for a car wash club membership and you going through and automate a car wash to get your car wash. You should not have to get out of your car and clean off a long black streak of old tire shine that is supposed to only go on your tires but it's going all the way down the underside of your car doors from the front door all the way to the back. 😔 I don't know ... read more
