I have three separate vehicles that i bring in once to twice a month each. On my last visit my mirror was ripped off and when I contacted the manager about it she was very rude and refused to do anything about it. She sent me pictures of my truck indicating preexisting damage from before it went through. The part of the mirror that she circled was not even where the mirror broke at and when I took pics up close and sent them to her she still refused to do anything for me. Awesome place to wash your vehicle, staff is always friendly and professional. This car wash is well managed and always gets my vehicles looking nice. It's fast, efficient and convenient.
User be warned. Any damage to your vehicle will not be covered. They will find a similar vehicle on video and claim they didn't do it.
I love coming to xpress to get my car was the service is always great and I love seeing the friendly faces like Kale. Next time I’m definitely getting the membership and I love that all there vacuums work
