My experience this far has been great. I use to go to the location at the corner of Linwood Ave and Burt Kouns but I don't anymore. Because I felt like if you're paying for a car wash club membership and you going through and automate a car wash to get your car wash. You should not have to get out of your car and clean off a long black streak of old tire shine that is supposed to only go on your tires but it's going all the way down the underside of your car doors from the front door all the way to the back. 😔 I don't know ... read more
I have three separate vehicles that i bring in once to twice a month each. On my last visit my mirror was ripped off and when I contacted the manager about it she was very rude and refused to do anything about it. She sent me pictures of my truck indicating preexisting damage from before it went through. The part of the mirror that she circled was not even where the mirror broke at and when I took pics up close and sent them to her she still refused to do anything for me. I signed up for the 39.00 membership on the 18th of April. I didn't make another payment until the 28th of May and I haven't used the carwash. I try to use the carwash today ans it was on pause. I feel cheated because I was told it was month to month so that should mean I have 10 days left before another payment is due.
It’s an auto wash, so there’s not much to say. Friendly staff. If you have any unsecured or loose items on your exterior I’d recommend removing them or securing them. Almost lost my plate in there. But at least you know the water pressure is good.
Awesome place to wash your vehicle, staff is always friendly and professional. This car wash is well managed and always gets my vehicles looking nice. It's fast, efficient and convenient.
