I enjoy going to the car wash . It always made the day better , driving around in a clean ride . Only can think of one dislike is that my passenger's mirror gets move around ever so offen.
I have three separate vehicles that i bring in once to twice a month each. On my last visit my mirror was ripped off and when I contacted the manager about it she was very rude and refused to do anything about it. Love this Carwash, and the people who work there. They are always friendly, even when dealing with angry customers. Good quality car wash every time! Vacuum availability and suction power is always great! I truly appreciate the drying cloth availability. My only complaint is the inconsistency of someone directing my car into the wash area; I like having someone directing my vehicle into car wash station to make sure I am lined up well on the track to help prevent potential damage to my vehicle and to get the best quality wash.
The Linwood/Bertkouns location is my favorite. The manager is so sweet and professional. I have witnessed her be mistreated on numerous occasions by some of the trashiest humans in Shreveport but she still shows up and does the job correctly. I’m a proud member of Xpress CarWash.
