Davida the LPN was super nice & professional. But Aurora Yontz, NP came into the room with a bit of a rude attitude from the very beginning. I took 3 of my kids. They all had the same symptoms; although she said they didn’t. 🤔 Then she proceeded to say they all had allergies bc Wichita is the allergy capital of the world. And I was just thinking, so all 5 of my kids (bc my other 2 also got sick!) got Wichita allergy symptoms at the same time?? Two of them have never had allergy symptoms before. Missed work for an appointment. Was told when I arrived in the afternoon that they didn’t have a provider as they were sick (understandable). They told me I could do virtual or be sent to Haysville. Virtual was not an option due to the reason I scheduled in person. Scheduled patients should have been notified so they could make other arrangements. Front desk was snarky about it.

Front desk was very rude. While trying to solve a simple problem, she states “I don’t have time for this” and that we were hollering and screaming at her while everyone was acting very professional. Very disappointing. The actual nurse practitioner was very kind and informative, but for the front desk to portray her self like that, we will not be coming back.
