Easy move in, great service.
Clean storage facility, safe neighborhood, fair pricing, excellent customer service That about says it. The pricing is fair, the security is good, the customer service as I rented the unit was great, and the unit and office are clean. I haven't yet had to pay my first month's rent so cannot speak to that process.
The paperwork was quick and easy. Customer service was great. The facility was lean. Overall a good experience.

Overall we had a bumpy start but I don't blame that on the Sparefoot storage I find everybody to be friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is clearly explained and you know everything upfront. They are very good on security so I feel safe knowing my storage is keep safe.
Had to wait too long considering I had a full reservation and you had all my info.
Very smooth.
