Everyone here has been great to me even before I arrived at the clinic but I really want to give a shout out to Krystal for taking time out of her usual Friday schedule to draw my blood and being more concerned about my health and situation than upset the blood couldn't be drawn as planned.
A family member goes here, they don't test you for the drugs like they should, drug deals Litterally going on in the car park. Very unprofessional facilities. I've called numerous times and have complained about their policies
This place saved my life almost 10 years ago. Through my many ups and downs in life i could always rely on staff to help me get back on track. Compared to any other clinic i've been to this one is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make it a positive place. I'm grateful for this place everyday i wake up another day sober. I would recommend any addict that's currently struggling to walk through those doors and ask for help because they saved my life and could save yours too...
I can honestly say the clinic saved my life. There are a few really good people that work there that I have been able to meet and have been with me through my journey of getting sober and never gave up on me. The head Nurse Crystal Amazing, she might seem hard on you at time but, it's only because she truly cares. Then I have worked with Charlotte and she will do what ever she can to help you meet your goals. This place is amazing in every way. The other reviews were clearly made in anger as everyone in this facility is primarily trying to HELP PEOPLE RECOVER! It is EXTREMELY hard to get kicked off unless you blatantly disregard major rules (like selling drugs to people inside, taking different illicit drugs, or repeated non-engagement with the program). Nick the director is one of the nicest, most understanding humans I have encountered on this earth. He will move heaven and Earth if it will help you get better. Highly recommend... read more
