We met with Chad Smith who had prepared our estate documents for us. He was very friendly and positive. He emailed us our documents before we came to sign so we could review them before we came in to sign. When we came in to sign, he then took the time to go over the documents again with us and patiently and kindly answered all of our questions. Chad helped my mother and I with an estate issue and was fantastic! He was communicative, thorough and so patient and kind explaining all our questions.
