I got my tags and all paperwork same day, Elisabet was very helpful answering all my questions, fees taken care of at a great cost to skip the DMV line! I will never go anywhere else! My W2 wasn't attached or sent in to the state franchise board, therefore, my income could not be verified be EDD department & I was not given the refund quoted by Yeyes. I still have not received my full refund, over $400 that I am short! Really sucks, I won't go back next year!
