I have been struggling with sever sciatica for a few years off and on but the last 6 months it has progressively gotten worse. I did physical therapy and also been going to the chiropractor regularly. So on my end I have tried everything to make the pain go away. I go to the clinic regularly for UTI tests and have gone here with no problems for almost 3 years now. My regular provider, Dr. Kohl is amazing. But she wasn't available when i needed her last so i went to Dr. Miranda Cebula and she was nice during the visit. But for some reason, without informing me, or asking me, she sent me labs to york general resulting in charges of over 500$. I was denied care because I did not have the money for my $25 co-pay in my account today and I have been dealing with infection in my toe for a week now
We had just moved to the area and my wife was almost 38 weeks pregnant. From the moment we called and talked to the OB Director Carly until 5/19/23 @ 1:02 AM when our daughter was born, to the time we left the Hospital, we had nothing short of an AMAZING team of professionals taking care of my wife and eventually our newborn daughter. My grandmother has dementia and the last few times she has been to the doctor this clinic has absolutely failed to fax her nursing home with the proper information needed to keep her health in check. They have lost her at least one of those times. We did not get a copy of any of her paper work after an appointment even after we specifically asked for one. I am very unhappy about this place and feel they could do so much better for their patience.
