Went to York Medical Clinic last week with my brother-in-law to see Julie Rempe. She was great as was her nurse! Besides checking him out and addressing concerns, Julie took the time to explain the whys and how's. It was a great visit! Thanks!
Where do I start?! The billing lady should not be an employee because she never returns phone calls or answers her phone!! She keeps sending my claims to the wrong insurance policy number. Well at first she had me as no insurance, EVEN THOUGH THEY SCANNED MY INSURANCE CARD!!!! Then sent me an astronomical bill saying my instance won’t pay anything!! I have been struggling with sever sciatica for a few years off and on but the last 6 months it has progressively gotten worse. I did physical therapy and also been going to the chiropractor regularly. So on my end I have tried everything to make the pain go away. I go to the clinic regularly for UTI tests and have gone here with no problems for almost 3 years now. My regular provider, Dr. Kohl is amazing. But she wasn't available when i needed her last so i went to Dr. Miranda Cebula and she was nice during the visit. But for some reason, without informing me, or asking me, she sent me labs to york general resulting in charges of over 500$.
