We had just moved to the area and my wife was almost 38 weeks pregnant. From the moment we called and talked to the OB Director Carly until 5/19/23 @ 1:02 AM when our daughter was born, to the time we left the Hospital, we had nothing short of an AMAZING team of professionals taking care of my wife and eventually our newborn daughter. I am so very appreciative and grateful for the care my children and grandchildren received today. The clinic really came through to make sure they were seen.
Would not recommend the ER. They were absolutely awful and treated me badly. They ignored the reason I came in and tried to diagnose me as manic because of the way my anxiety was presenting itself. I see an ACTUAL psychiatrist monthly and a PA (Julie Rempe) has no business diagnosising patients with and any psychiatric disorder, expecially within 15 seconds of meeting them. I highly suggest you train your staff the different ways anxiety can present itself.
Here we go again with the poor care at York Medical Clinic. If you call for an appointment and you are sick AND a heart patient, they give you an appointment 5 days out. Then when you show up, they tell you you're there on the wrong day and to come back tomorrow. So that gives an RSV time to turn into pneumonia. If it's the last thing I do, none of my family members will return to support this clinic.
I have had some really really bad visits to york medical clinic but today i called in pain with knee issues that ive been dealing with for 3 weeks due to a work injury. I seen Dr. Chelsey Hansen and she is by far the best Dr i have seen there. Also a big shout out to Kitti for getting things moving so qickly today and dealing with the job I no longer work for to get it all done wright you two are amazing. Thank you for all you do !
