I went for my child's first visit and sat out in the waiting room for over an hour when I told them I wanted to cancel and go to a different doctor the lady behind the counter said okay and wouldn't even look at me then when I asked for my paperwork that I had filled out and the copy of my license and insurance card she wouldn't give it to me until I demanded a total of 3 times will never go here and r recommend everyone to stay away
