My family and I recently rented a boat from your marina over the Fourth of July weekend, and unfortunately, we left with a frustrating and disappointing experience. We had the boat for two days, planning to return it Saturday PM. During checkout, we specifically asked about fenders or buoys for docking. One of your employees told us they didn’t have any and that the rubber trim around the boat was "enough protection." Very good staff all of their rules and policies are very reasonable! Love how they keep you accountable and make you take a picture of your prop before you go out!! Very smart! Again the staff was great and so helpful, can’t wait to come back again soon!
They did a great job coming down to our boat right away. And we’re very good at chatting to us about our day. (Never once made it about them) they were all so polite to us. GREAT JOB!!
