This was such an amazing experience. From the initial phone call to get setup and find a date to the crew at the dock, everyone was extremely helpful and responsive. The boat was super clean and perfect for our group. Will definitely book again when we want to get back out on the water with YBC!
We’ve used Your Boat Club for rentals over the past few years and have always had a lovely experience. Last year, we did rent from a different company once, but we knew YBC was the way to go. The boats are clean and beautiful. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone looking for a great day on a lake!
Awesome first experience using Your Boat Club. Scheduling a day/time was very easy on their website. Plenty of parking available at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure the pontoon had everything it needed. Communication was great and their calm composure was much appreciated for parking the boat in tight slips. We had an excellent time again. YourBoatClub makes it so easy. Show up, meet friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy the boat for the day. Then return and the staff helps with everything. Such a great time. Can’t wait to do it again.
Staff was very professional and helpful. Boat was clean and spacious. They even pumped up our tube! Such a memorable day with our children and grandchildren. Will definitely rent again . White Bear Lake is beautiful. Thank you .
