Awesome first experience using Your Boat Club. Scheduling a day/time was very easy on their website. Plenty of parking available at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure the pontoon had everything it needed. Communication was great and their calm composure was much appreciated for parking the boat in tight slips. Rented a pontoon for the day on August 13th, the employees were friendly and that’s about the only good thing I have to say. It’s clear that this place is becoming a cash grab and has no interest in maintaining its equipment. Our pontoon had the following issues: depth finder not working (transducer literally gone when I went swimming and looked), back speaker completely disconnected so anyone in the back couldn’t listen, the MOTOR was unable to go faster than 7 mph, and the PROP was almost completely gone. Wonderful place, nice lake. Got a nice pontoon boat too. The only issue was we stopped on the left side of the lake and turned off the boat engine for few mins for taking pics. When we tried cranking it, it wasn't working due to some issue. We called customer service number provided and they helped us resolve the issue which took half an hour. Therefore, we asked if we could get an extension on the time, they denied. That's the only part that sucks b/c it wasnt our fault that the boat wasnt starting so we shouldnt be respons... read more
Nice place to rent boats and pontoons. The marina is tight but the staff was super helpful with navigating us.
beautiful lake the equipment was clean and reliable the staff were very attentive no bathrooms on site
