This was such an amazing experience. From the initial phone call to get setup and find a date to the crew at the dock, everyone was extremely helpful and responsive. The boat was super clean and perfect for our group. Will definitely book again when we want to get back out on the water with YBC!
This was our first time renting from Your Boat Club and we were very impressed!! The staff were very friendly and professional! They greeted us right away and even helped me carry my cooler and bags down the dock. They answered all my questions and when we returned, they were right there to help us dock. The pontoon was also clean and in great shape. I would definitely rent again!
Awesome first experience using Your Boat Club. Scheduling a day/time was very easy on their website. Plenty of parking available at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure the pontoon had everything it needed. Communication was great and their calm composure was much appreciated for parking the boat in tight slips. Rented a pontoon for the first time yesterday. The communication leading up to the boating day was excellent. There was even a glitch with a broken down motor that could have derailed our day, but they did everything they could to get a new motor, kept us in the loop of the process and we were able to proceed as normal. The staff onsite were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be renting again. Thanks for a fun day on the lake!!
We had an excellent time again. YourBoatClub makes it so easy. Show up, meet friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy the boat for the day. Then return and the staff helps with everything. Such a great time. Can’t wait to do it again.
