Awesome first experience using Your Boat Club. Scheduling a day/time was very easy on their website. Plenty of parking available at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure the pontoon had everything it needed. Communication was great and their calm composure was much appreciated for parking the boat in tight slips. Great experience today! Sarah and Lauren were amazing at helping me get in and out of the dock. The boat was clean. Weather was great! Another great day at White bear lake.
Being a member for my seventh summer, I can honestly say it is a great investment. The dock hands are helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable. Our full day on the lake on Memorial Day started a bit rocky, but ended up being a relaxing gorgeous day on the water.
Nothing beats a summer night on the water, and the YBC team does a great job. The toon was in great working order. My family had a blast. White Bear Lake is awesome for recreation, kids each pulled in over 5+ fish and the water was great for swimming.
Completely deceptive. Claimed we damaged a prop they never showed us before we left the dock. We have been boating for years. We literally took the boat from the dock out to the middle of the lake had some snacks and came back. It was actually comical. We would’ve completely taken responsibility for something we actually knew we contributed to, but this was a complete joke and very sad given the failing nature of this business.
