Do not rely on personnel to accurately depict the size of units. We were misled about the height of the space we rented for our RV. As a result, one of our air conditioners was destroyed. The slots in Valley View are not 14 feet in height. We don’t think they’re even 13 feet in height. Sure, they are super tall inside but the metal bar going across the entry area is not!
