If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a total scam - I called to rent a unit for one month, even though I only needed it for a few weeks to store my daughter's belongings until she could move to another apartment. I was told I had to pay for the rest of this month plus the entire month of August, no proration on that month even though we would be vacating it on the 10th.
