They have a bunch of locations all over town. I've used 3 locations. Great experience every time! Very CLEAN!
I stored my son's belongings at this location at the end of the school year. Upon arriving to move him back into school, we found the key we had did not work on the unit where his belongings were stored. After failed attempts to reach management, i then called the phone number for new storage and finally got a 'live' person. Long story short, the manager tried to tell me I was confused and that my son's belongings were not stored at the location I was at and that I stored them at another location . (what?? Thank you for your review. After reviewing the notes on file, it looks like there was a misunderstanding. Your son rented a unit at our Grand Oaks, but moved into a different facility, McLarty. The receipts he emailed, were for Grand Oaks, but he moved his belongings into McLarty facility. Both are branded Your Extra Closet facilities, but separate locations.
