Unit was clean, climate controlled and staff could not be more helpful and accommodating.
Typical storage facility. I do not care for all of the dead ghost spiders and their webs attached to all of our things. However, being that they're always dead, I assume the pest control is sufficient. The only other thing I wonder about is that the current advertised prices are lower than what we are paying now. I feel if they have lowered the prices for new contracts we should also be able to get the same prices since we've been customers for over 6 years. I was looking for a safe place that was secure and well lite at night. I asked around and everyone recommended them. They didn't let me down. Like it says. It was safe and simple!
Not a good experience especially towards the end. I paid almost $100 a month to store my items in a unit. When I retrieved my items I found several dead mice, at least 5 live lizards and saw 3 live black widow spiders. I also found that my mattress I stored was ruined by water damage. I tried calling on the day of move out and got no answer. When I spoke with someone the following day, I was told I only needed to give a 10 day notice before the next payment to not be charged. TERRIBLE! I rented a non-climate control unit for two months to store some furniture. When I opened up the unit after two months there were roaches EVERYWHERE. I'm not joking when I say there were probably 200 of them crawling all over my things. Not to mention there were roach dropping all over my stuff that stained some of my furniture. Absolutely disgusting. I wish someone in customer service had told me this might be an issue when I rented the unit.
Almost everything in our unit destroyed my mice and water leak from the ceiling!! Many of our momentos were destroyed. We were told its our responsibility to place pest control in our unit. Please don't use this company!!!
