I always have such a great experience at Your Smile Studio! From the moment you walk in, the front desk is so friendly and personable. They always make you feel welcome. Dr. Rob is kind, genuine, and thorough. He always takes a few minutes to check in, which makes the experience feel so personal. The dental care is excellent. My experiences at Your Smile Studio of Barrington have been unequalled elsewhere! From office manager to receptionists to technicians, I have never had a more polite and outwardly-friendly team in any dental office. I had the best experience at this office! Tetiana gave me the best in depth cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Rob and the rest of the staff give the best patient experience, making sure you are heard and not feeling rushed, with lots of attention to detail/patient care. The office feels like a home away from home! I recommend saying yes to the neck warmer that Jeannie so kindly offers!
Went in to pick up my Invisalign retainers and when I took the top ones off, my veneer popped off my front tooth. Without hesitation, Dr. Wiertke offered all the options how to proceed and within a few minutes, we started the process of making a new veneer to replace the old one. It wasn’t how I anticipated spending my afternoon, but I appreciated they took care of me without hesitation and then sent me on my way. The best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had; HANDS DOWN! So thorough I honestly was shocked at how much attention to detail was given to me compared to other dental offices I’ve been to in the past! Dr Rob was amazing as well; super sweet and personable! Can’t wait to straighten my teeth soon and continue my dental journey here!
