DO NOT LIVE HERE. Hands down the worst maintained building in State College yet they charge luxury prices for rent. The elevators are constantly broken and they use the excuse that they are waiting for vendors or parts which is unacceptable. This is also quite literally the only building where the front door regularly breaks and you cannot even enter the apartment from the entrance because they door just doesn't open... Do not live here! One elevator has been broken for almost two months with no signs of it being fixed. Even with 3 elevators working they are the slowest ever and you will be waiting 15 minutes to get on. They never clean the halls or the gym, I see the same trash there for days. The shower, sink, washer/dryer, everything sucks. We are all definitely getting exposed to mold. The pool is only open when we aren't here and even then they'll close it for days at a time. Our cleaning team services halls and common areas weekly and the areas were clear when checked this morning, but we are glad to review anything specific you noticed. The third elevator is already being worked on and remains a priority. We will also enter a work request for your fridge so maintenance can replace the missing shelf.
