This place has done a total 180 in the past year. The elevators break down at least once a week and it will take them up to 48 hours (sometimes even more) to get them fixed. This is whatever if you live on the 4th floor or below, but when people are living on floors 10-12 and have to climb all of those steps multiple times a day, that’s just ridiculous. The Pinnacle is completely over priced for the service you get. I had issues with rent and it took nearly 4 weeks to get a somewhat helpful answer. I had to send 3-4 follow up texts and was told I would be put in contact with another Pinnacle employee, I was never put in contact with another employee until I spoke my mind on a survey. I have also heard from many people living in the Pinnacle that they also had rent issues were they were told the issue had been resolved, yet the following month they had the same exact issues ... read more

Overpriced. Utilities are cheap and don’t work well. Management is just an AI that gives autogenerated emails. Can’t reach property manager despite emailing multiple times and waiting for months. You just get AI generated emails saying they’ll escalate to an employee. Package system got way worse after this apartment switched to Pinnacle. Only saving grace is the students working at the front desk. I’d avoid this place, many other great options downtown.

We had a great experience with Nathan. There was some confusion regarding the apartment my daughter and her roommates will be moving into this fall. We toured one floor plan but were initially assigned a different one. Thankfully, Nathan stepped in and was extremely helpful in clarifying everything and reassuring us that she would receive the layout we originally signed up for. Do not live here if there is any ability you can avoid it. The elevators are constantly broken forcing you to walk up/down 12 flights of stairs with groceries or whatever you may need to be carrying. They let people trash the place on the weekend and take days to clean it up. Its hard to get a hold of someone who can help but God forbid your rent payment (which autopay messes up half the time) is 10 minutes late and than all of a sudden they are magically instantaneously able to get in contact. Such a ripoff
