My visits are honestly always so wonderful. Well, one thing would be if pediatric associates didn’t get so busy.😆 So when my kids are sick, momma is able to book same day if needed. Besides that, the staff are on top of everything and that is so important especially knowing it’s a place where children are sick and want to just get better, and for everyone allowing us to feel comfortable in your facility is absolutely AMAZING. Thank you Pediatric Associates! 🍊
Every time I go to the office the staff is always disorganized. Scheduled shots and a check up for both sons. Was told that the office doesn’t give shots on Mondays. Second son was able to get shots during his wellness check. The doctor said she never heard that the office doesn’t give shots on Mondays. Among this the wait times are unbelievably atrocious. Good experience, clinician quickly came up with the right treatment to cure my daughter's illness. My only complaint, not only about this time I needed an appointment for my daughter, but about ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to make an appointment for either of my 2 children, is there's no appointment available for at least 2 weeks. This is just unbelievable! This practice must stop accepting more patients, and you should care better for the ones you already have!! IT SHOULDN'T BE ALL ABOUT MONEY!!! Provider Yvette Braynen was great! Very prompt, very nice, and caring! Haven’t been in this office since I was 15 (12 years ago) and this is my new office for my girls! Worth the 45 minute drive to see her!
I love the whole staff! The girl at the front desk is delightful and so is everyone else! Yvette is knowledgeable and helpful!
