I was thoroughly impressed — from the courteous and attentive staff to the clean, well-maintained facility, and most notably, by Dr. Hollowell's professionalism and detailed care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality medical attention.
I went in to meet Dr. Zaharsky, got an ultrasound which showed no issues. I was experiencing pain and had questions which I wanted to bring up to the doctor but I was quickly escorted out of my consultation and into the receptionist for payment after asking one. Doctor was unsure about my condition and how best to assist me so I left with more questions and in the same amount of pain as I came with. Ultrasound room was very filthy as the walls had black muck and a red substance, please do your ultrasound elsewhere.
We were referred by the Northwest Hospital Emergency Room to this doctor. They provided us with an urgent appointment but upon arrival the waiting room was full of patients who have been waiting for over 2 hours to be seen. My husband recently had fusion back surgery and cannot sit in their cheap plastic chairs for more than an hour. The receptionist could not give me an answer as to when they would be able to see my husband (to remove his catheter that was placed in the ER 2 days prior)His back was hurting so badly that we ... read more
I had A HEALTH EMERGENCY & the person at the Pompano Beach location said I needed to renew my Referral before I saw the doctor so I got the referral & returned with to the Pompano Beach location and the person gave me the green light to have an emergency appointment which unbeknownst to me did not have the correct Code & until I was the last person left in the office, the staff at the Deerfield Beach location Neglected to tell me without the correct code I couldn't see the doctor! Too crowded!! People waiting for hours! Not enough air circulating, kind of hot and dangerous for your health (covid, flu, etc). Many people with appointments at the same time. Hope they fix this in the future because medically they are great, professional and the best staff ever !
