Zach is a great listener and approaches every decision very collaboratively. He tries to find solutions that work well in your life and that you can be comfortable with, while still medically sound. On top of that, he’s very empathetic, personable, understanding and non-judgmental. He helped me find the right medications after having been through a laundry list with another provider. I wouldn’t be where I am today without him. If you get the option to work with Zach, take it! He’s truly the best.
I receive virtual meeting to get my med here. Dr Zachary is thoughtful, open to all possibilities, and supports various approaches to help. He provides the right medication and assistance tailored to your needs, and he continues to guide me to right track. Easy and very comfy meeting all the time. Thank you.
Nothing but great things to say about LifeStance WA as a whole and specifically Dr Zach. He helped me through some complicated times with professionalism, empathy, and understanding. He also helped with referrals to other providers in other LifeStance offices for other areas of care. They have a great patient portal and office team. Highly recommended.
This is a great place if you are seeking guidance or help for mental health. I typically do not write reviews unless I have had a bad experience but I feel a positive review for Lifestance is much deserved. I have enjoyed being able to vent to my doctor as I have alot going on in my life and it's nice to have someone to talk with about lifes issues. DrMangun has been very helpful in dealing with my issues and he's helping me get on the right track so I can feel better about myself.
