Zachary helped me with my loan. No strings no hidden fees the closing costs came in easily $3500 less than originally quoted. He was there at the closing as well. He encouraged me to shop around, which I did. Another loan company was constantly pestering me to give my debit card number. The bank had no time to consult with me. The loan officer there was to busy going to lunch. Zachary was there for every question.

Zachary was very responsive and knowledgeable. He knows the details of underwriting policies and was able to explain them and the logic behind them -- something my bank lender couldn't. Zach did a wonderful job touching base with me when I was thinking about refinancing. I had a 7 year balloon that I thought would explode due to the political climate. Thus, I chose something more conservative for my needs. He was quite helpful in laying out all the possibilities and results. His assistant is also quite amazing and expedient.
