My experience in general is really bad for the poor office management, inexperienced staff, unprofessional doctor. Front desk who gave us wrong appointment,then had trouble to verify insurance & we had to visit office 2 times just for that.My kid had medical problem, doctor Z.(Yancey) came to the room,did not even listen to us. she ordered tests & was suppose to refer us to specialist. She didn't fax or send referral.After 3 days I called office again they lied to me that referral was sent but no confirmation number or anyth... read more
