Sometimes the best decisions are the ones you never expected to make. We decided to purchase an RV and, of course, needed to find a place to store it. We looked at several RV parks before choosing Zane Grey's RV Park, and we're so glad we did. Normally, our vacations involve staying in a hotel or camping in a tent, so this has been our very first RV experience. We stayed here for 3 nights. The check in procedure was very smooth, and the woman helping us was awesome. She drove us back to our spot. The RV spots are all very large, level, groomed, and most of them have great shade (lots of old growth trees!!). They have lots of gathering areas and buildings, as well as an enclosed dog area. This was our first time staying here as we had past it many times going up to Payson. We found the park to be wonderful. I loved all the lights at night. The park was clean and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming. We will definitely stay again.

We rented one of their cabins for 2 weeks in February of 2026. The cabins are very well appointed and very comfortable. I'm sitting on the back deck of the cabin as I write this review. The back deck is a very nice place to sit and enjoy the afternoon. The RV park is 7 miles outside of Camp Verde. The RV park is extremely well taken care of and the people here are very friendly. This place is truly a hidden gem. It's absolutely beautiful surrounded by trees, so many trails, and near a river you can swim in. The dog park is by far the best my dogs have ever seen and the sites are SO SPACIOUS. Not to mention their CLEAN bathrooms that even play music. The hospitality was awesome. I felt so welcomed IMMEDIATELY. The whole park is just perfect and I'm so blessed to have been able to stay there twice.
