My fiancée, myself and my father in law all got sick off what we ordered last night from here. Very disappointing because the food is usually pretty good. We got the Cobb salad (chicken) and my father in law got the 6 finger plate and literally as soon as I tasted the chicken I knew something was off so I didn’t proceed to eat it but my father in law within minutes immediately threw it up. He also had the slaw. May need to look into the chicken/lettuce.
As one person in a party of 4 carry out, I ordered a Cobb Salad on 1/10/26 that was only half full. I worked out of town in Walhalla, SC for 6 years and dined there every week. The food was always fresh and plentiful. The bread is removed in the photo to show just the salad.
I got a large fry w/ extra seasoning and a sprite light ice . When I tell you the fries were extra fresh and hot and delicious straight out the fryer and crispy and cooked to perfection and they are even still hot when I got home. Then the sprite was crispy and cold . It’s like they just changed the sprite. Everything was fresh and it made me so happy. I don’t even write reviews but just for how good this was I had to .
Okay Zaxby's you've redeemed yourself my Dad got me a salad from there today grilled chicken cobb salad and It was great just plenty of toppings and whoever made the salad did a great job thank you! Keep It up. Just please add more cheese that's the only thing!
When a customer have a bad experience, you should do what is needed to make sure they are satisfied. My salad was not measured out correctly. I didn’t even get full from it. When salad cost as much as it does there, I should be full afterwards. I usually am when it is fixed right. What should have happen today, with good customer service, management should have apologized and offered me another salad. I have pictures to prove it as well.
