Passing through Gaffney and caught a taste for Zaxbys. Ordered a "finger plate dropped fresh". The manager on duty at 7:15 pm 02/22/2025 lied three different times about my order being "dropped fresh". My only resolve to this request was the cook Zion actually dropping my order fresh. To the manager who was so comfortable using her uniform as a sweat rag and lying to a customer who can clearly see the kitchen activity... I suggest 1 of 2 things. Give Zion a raise or give Zion a raise. Zaxbys do better!

When a customer have a bad experience, you should do what is needed to make sure they are satisfied. My salad was not measured out correctly. I didn’t even get full from it. When salad cost as much as it does there, I should be full afterwards. I usually am when it is fixed right. What should have happen today, with good customer service, management should have apologized and offered me another salad. I have pictures to prove it as well.

Our food quality wasn't bad. The staff was pleasant. It wasn't very busy and it took a long time to get our food. Zaxby's is never fast, but this was exceptionally slow. I find these restaurants as a whole not a good value for what it costs versus what you get.

My first complaint is y’all have all of a sudden decided you want to charge 25¢ for extra sauce. Ridiculous. Second complaint, the food quality has seriously went down hill. I got a 5 piece finger meal & the toast was old, the chicken was mostly fat, the fries were WAYYYY over seasoned. Every time I go to this Zaxby’s in Gaffney, the food gets worse & worse.

Best Zaxby's I've ever been to. I never knew until today how the chicken is "supposed" to taste. This location is awesome!!! My pic shows very tender and moist chicken and NOT over-seasoned!! Everything was perfect. And service was fast and fun. (Halloween). Give someone a raise for doing things right!
