Ja’Niyah K was super nice taking my order! All the ladies smiled an were friendly! My food was great! Super good experience !! They made my day!!
When a customer have a bad experience, you should do what is needed to make sure they are satisfied. My salad was not measured out correctly. I didn’t even get full from it. When salad cost as much as it does there, I should be full afterwards. I usually am when it is fixed right. What should have happen today, with good customer service, management should have apologized and offered me another salad. I have pictures to prove it as well.
We saw the ads on TV about the half price shake. So we went to the Floyd Baker location, ordered a giant quesadilla and 2 shakes. Nope! We don't have the shakes. Called the other Zaxbys. Nope! The shake machine is broken! I don't know for a fact but I'm willing to believe when the shake sale is over, a miracle will occur for the shake machines
Super friendly staff to greet us. We made our order requests and they were quickly on it. Not sloppy. Fresh hot food as ordered. Making sure everything was as requested.
Good ole FOOD POISONING!!!! Won’t be returning. It hit me first, then my god baby, and then my mom!!! Nope never again. Management needs to check that food processing and see about CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!
