Will tear after a short time if you don't fit your Pool vacuum correctly. Only had it for 2 weeks and already had a slight tear! Note: I would buy again as this hose is the exact one sold at local pool supply store, exept Amazon's is way cheaper!
Zodiac makes way too much on these hoses. It's sad that zodiac has a lock on these hoses. I searched high and low for replacements for my polaris 360. Even though Amazon was the cheapest, I still feel it's outrageous that I have to pay $18 for a 6' hose that wears out in 14 months like clockwork.
Good, but, need to wait and see if it lasts. I only bought one length when I needed 2. Looks like the original manufacture hose. Fit is a little tight, but, maybe with time, it will loosen up. I wish Zodiac and Polaris would provide these in 10 foot lengths, similar to my original hose. Also, this one seems to be thinner than the original hose. Will just have to see if it lasts.

Only hose to use with Polaris Pool Vacuum This is the only compatible hose to be used with Polaris pool vacuums. It is easy to cut if necessary and attaches to the fittings with no special tools. I only wish it were heavier duty but I've talked to the manufacturers rep and found out that the vacuum will not sweep properly if any additional weight is added. It would probably last longer if it was removed from the pool after each use so it did not deteriorate from so much exposure to UV rays.
Perfect fit and size! My lines were cracked and leaking water causing my cleaner to go in circles or not at all. I cut the hose to size and replaced the cracked section. Just make sure that the cut is clean and not frayed so that the circular hose clamps grab and hold. That's it! I'm back in business and my pool is clean again!
Durable and well fitting fits perfectly; our pool sweep is a few years old - always worry that new parts won't fit - but these fit perfectly. They also held up better than the original - typically we would lose one or two sections over the course of a summer, but these held up to the abuse of active children very well.
Very good replacement hose After two years in the heat, cold and chlorine, my pool cleaner hose started to develop holes and sprout leaks. This replacement hose is easy to install and durable so far. I have had this hose in place for about 6 weeks. Seems to hold up well, is flexible and looks as good as the original hose that came with my pool cleaner.
Kind of expensive, but cheaper than the pool supply ... Kind of expensive, but cheaper than the pool supply stores. You have to have it for the pool sweep to work. Delivery was rapid.
