Easy,simple leaf catcher This is by far the easiest leaf catcher to clean out. & with the bucket being clear you can see when to empty it.

Works great for leaves We were getting a lot of leaves in our pool, even considered removing the tree nearby, but that would cost $2000. We purchased this and it really does a fantastic job with the leaves and other debris, plus keeps our diatomaceous earth filter from having to be backwashed too often. The suction was good, we didn't have any problems with too little suction by adding this inline. Would highly recommend.

Mixed results The lid of this product lacks a seal and if the rim is allowed to stick out of the water at all, it pulls in enough air to render the vacuum ineffective. Further, it is hard to keep the device vertical in the water and if it leans to the side then it starts sucking air in. So one has to be very careful to orient the canister correctly and I often use something to hold it below water level. When I do that It works great by catching all the leaves and bugs.

Great product Great way to clean out debris without having to turn off the pool pump it just hooks up to the first section of the vacuum line and all you need to do is turn off the vacuum and empty the canister and hook back up and turn it back on.
