Add to that the clear plastic housing which makes it easy to see when it needs to be emptied. It also is quicker to clean. All necessary fittings are included to make it sit properly vertical in the water.
Must have for leaves! This is a must have for your auto pool cleaner! It catches all the leaves and keeps them out of your filter. Easy to install and use. Also comes apart easy to clean. Highly recommend you get one! Stay away from the cheap imitation ones, a friend thought he'd safe some $ and ended up with junk that didn't work.
