Great filter basket for an awesome pool cleaner A few days ago, I went out to our pool filter on the pool pump and noticed a snake had been sucked through the system by our zodiac cleaner. The Zodiac rocks!! It keeps my pool so clean at all times. But I had the hose hooked up directly to pool pump instead of having a filter connected. I bought this item and now am able to collect the filter items in the pool vs. at the pump. Works great and is easy to use!!

Better than the standard leaf catcher but not without issues The cyclonic action seems to keep a lot more material out of my pool filter than the standard Hayward leaf catcher basket I've used for years. Just a few gripes about the setup. The adapters work OK but tend to come loose when you're trying to connect/disconnect the regular pool vac hose (non locking type). Works, but chops up leaves. I like how this is detached from the robot cleaner and you can service this without pulling the whole cleaner out of the water. However the cyclonic action may or may not be a good thing. It breaks dried leaves into small enough bits to pass through to the pump filter (and likely the pump). This can create a mess with your filter.
Great time saver no issues! This is awesome! Works flawless and I am totally happy with. I have already talked a few neighbors into buying the same exact model.
