Works better than expected This little thing keeps my pool clean. It goes up the wall and all over the pool.
Works great, but not near unkempt palm trees I purchased this vacuum to replace my Goby after five years of service. The vacuum does a great job picking up small pieces of debris and dust. The problem with this vacuum is that it has rotating parts, and any long stringy thing that lands in your pool will get caught in that, and disable the vacuum. I had to ask my neighbor to trim his palm trees because the dead palm fronds would end up in my pool and jam up the vacuum. In windy weather, I had to yank and untwine them out of t... read more
Get the attachment for leaves If you have a lot of leaves getting into your pool, you have to get the attachment to keep them out of the pump or your skimmer basket will clog up quickly.

JUST BUY IT!! IT CLIMBS WALLS PERIOD!! Right out of this box, the little guy went right up the wall on the deep end. (my pool is 9.5' deep). I am so overjoyed because I had one of those Pentair Navigators (junk) for the past 14yrs I have owned this house. Plug and Play The MX6 unit arrived as expected, it was packaged well with nothing damaged. I bought the MX6 to replace the Pentair Rebel that lasted 3.5 years in the Arizona weather. The drawback with the Pentair unit was it got stuck on the main drains and stayed there until manually moved. Plug and play with the MX6, checked the wheel rotation with the pool pump on low speed and had 10 wheel rotations in 20.8 seconds.
