Defective and damaged pool After 1 month device exploded in pool damaging pool
buyer beware No happyThis product won't last more than a year. I bought two hoping the first one who's right wheel track kept coming off was just a bad egg ( wrong). They sent me a second one and after 4 months the same issue. Now the blades inside have broken . I bought it because of price. I should know you pay for what you get
Fit & climbing problems It had a problem climbing the walls & hoses did not connect together securely. Returned item.
Poor service and vacuum breaks easily This vacuum worked alright when I first bought it but it does have issues after a few months. I appreciate candid reviews so, what I can tell you after this little time has gone by...1. The track tread comes off even when it's tight which makes the vac go around in a small circle and not get the rest of the pool2. Failure after 107 days. Worked for 107 days, 17 beyond the Amazon latest return date. I'm really unhappy!
Worst pool vac ever made. If you have any leaves that fall into your pool this is NOT the cleaner to purchase. If it runs over more than one leaf at a time the leaf jams in the impellar and the unit stops working. Tiny leaves ok. Bigger leaves (more than 1/2") jam it every time. Total garbage product.
Hose failed I only gave it one star because although it did work well for one year, for $349 the hose completely gave out after the first year. There is also no easy way to get help for a replacement hose either.Would not buy again.
Don't buy!! I have this vacuum for almost two years and from the beginning we had issues. Now it is even worse. I was going to returned when we got it but I didn't put too much attention. So ready to get a new one. Never worked property and my pool is a mess. It doenst even stand anymore
Being ripped off !! and not taken care of the situation/problem !!!!
