Look elsewhere for a pool vacuum! The idea and concept for this vacuum/cleaner is nice but in practice it wears out quickly. I've had to replace the hoses twice before I bought a generic heavy duty hose. The hose connectors leak....in some cases, horribly. The vacuum unit itself worked great for small stuff but if anything bigger than a dime falls in the pool, it will jam the mechanism and it will quit moving. Also, I had to replace the tracks after about a year. Now one side of the unit quit working and now it just spins in... read more
Terrible cleaning ability Very poor quality. Ability to clean my pool is not up to standard. I have been recommended by my pool cleaning company to return this product
Disappointed I expected much better. It falls on its side a lot. I had to add my own floater to keep it upright, but still falls on its side sometimes. I used to have the MX8 but the price has climbed tremendously

It’s not even as good as my old one at home. The fan at the bottom doesn’t spin at all. It’s not even as good as my old one at home.
Avoid at all cost It's ass swimmin in doo doo water. The flow isnt right (I checked all my stuff as well) and its works for two minutes, stops, and stares at me like its waiting to get paid or something. Don't buy this this vacuum, its terrible.
Not worth the time or money. Have had nothing but problems with this. The tread comes off the tires constantly. It gets stuck on the stairs and pool steps. Spend more time trying to get it to do it's job than it runs. Extremely disappointed.
Beware of this vacuum's propensity to get stuck This pool vacuum continually became stuck on the two sets of steps in my pool. I called Zodiac customer support and performed all of the recommended adjustments...there was no change in the way the pool vacuum worked. I had to free the vacuum 4 to six times a day. I did not buy this vacuum to constantly free the vacuum from getting stuck.
Works sometimes but even tho pin hole in hose it tucked air into my pump Received defected hose and supplier would not replace terrible customer service be aware
