Hoses for the vacuum are pathetic. Hoses began to unravel after first year of use. Poorly made. Vacuum is great. The hoses are pathetic. I ordered a leave adapter trap and use my old peeair hoses that I’ve had roughly 10 years sitting in the sun and they still work great connected it and I’m back in business.
Better Options At 90 days since purchase this pool cleaner wheel broke. Out of warranty, not returnable. Cheap parts.Strongly suggest a different model. Leave this product on the shelf.
Do not waste your money Had for over a year. Only worked right for the first time or two. Have had issues since. The tiniest thing clogs the inside. The hose is a joke and only lasted 6 months and we were already having to replace sections. Don’t waste your money.
DO NOT BUY do not buy will not get refund. after 30 days it starts leaking a blue liquid and stops working and the liquid smells.
Hoses are faulty Second season & hose by the unit itself completely unraveled, I thought it was just the one because it moves the most near the unit, but checked another hose and it broke as well just by twisting it off the adapter... these hoses are expensive. Im sure they are all defective but afraid to check the rest to try to get some more life out of these hoses. Sad, replacements are expensive... didn't even last a year.
Hose attachment tear off I purchased 2 of these units and would not purchase again. I had issues the second season of using them. I use my pool 5 months out of the year. First, the crawler itself gets easily clogged if debris is not small enough. The rubber that the wheels role on wear down so it looses its grip in certain areas of the pool. My biggest complaint is that the individual hoses that you attach the crab to the skimmer fall apart at the seams. I had a total of 7 individual hose attachments tear off for both units.... read more
Biggest waste of money!!!! Don't waste your money, this cleaner isn't worth it for free.
Buyer Beware!!! Worst vacuum ever purchased. Individual hose replacement very expensive. Hoses cracked causing air and lack of suction. Rubber wheel traction keep coming off causing vacuum to remain in one location. Overpriced and not worth the money.
Worked great for a month Worked great for a month. Had to clear the occasional leaf jam, etc. Now it has quit working. I've opened it up to look for obstructions. When I spin the propeller with my finger, there is A LOT of resistance. Can this thing have failing parts already, after one month!?! I've looked at Youtube and priced out parts, but I really feel that, this short into its service life, it should be covered under Warranty.
