3.0 out of 5 stars Hose failure after 15 months The cleaner works well, mush better than my Hayward Navigator Pro Suction Pool Cleaner did. However the hoses do not last. Mine failed after 15 months. I contacted the customer service and they said they will provide replacement hoses to me at no cost, even though I was 3 months past my warrantee date. There are adapter hoses that allow you to change over to non-twist lock hoses that give you a much wider selection of replacement hoses.

5.0 out of 5 stars Had to return it :( I've had a couple of different pool cleaners .....this one for me did the best job. Too bad it gets stuck in a corner near the steps. I know I can just pull it out by hand, but the wheels keep turning and wearing away if I leave it unattended. If it works in your pool it's a winner....cleans up the walls, et al.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great Vac. Poor Hose. Great Value. Great vacuum for my 20 x 40 kidney bean shaped pool. The hose is garbage and started breaking after 12 months. The pictures other reviewers have posted is exactly the issue I have with the hose. 15 months in and I've replaced all sections of the hose with another brand. Despite the hose quality, I highly recommend this vacuum. Good price, good value.

3.0 out of 5 stars Deserves 5 stars Best vacuum I’ve had….when it doesn’t get stuck on the stairs. I shortened the hose as much as I could, but it still gets stuck once it reaches the bottom of the stairs. Bummer because it otherwise works great.
