3.0 out of 5 stars Deserves 5 stars Best vacuum I’ve had….when it doesn’t get stuck on the stairs. I shortened the hose as much as I could, but it still gets stuck once it reaches the bottom of the stairs. Bummer because it otherwise works great.

It was not even six months and I didn’t even use it more than 5 times. They could do better job on that. Instead of purchasing the new hose, I figured a way to attach the old green one which is way more durable.

4.0 out of 5 stars BAD HOSES The cleaning unit works great. The hoses are not made to last long. After only eight months, I had six hoses break. I'm afraid the rest of the hoses are also very fragile and will break soon. They are very expensive to replace. My e-mails were rejected by Zodiac and calling customer service was nothing but hold hell. Very unsatisfied with them. Beware of hoses!

The feet, flaps bearings always need fixing, hundreds of dollars later your thinking I’ve got to stick with it I’ve got so much vested. This last time was the last straw.
