4.0 out of 5 stars hose unravels after 1.5 years Cleans better than my last shark unit, but does get stuck on the steps a lot. Now after just 1.5 years, the hose is unraveling at the coupling. It's happened to 2 of my sections so now I need to buy more hose sections to maintain the correct distance. I've had the pool 20 years and only replaced the previous hose once. Seems like it needs more stability for the connection hose head.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Pool Cleaner This pool cleaner works well, especially on odd-shaped pools like mine. It gets itself out of the corners, which other cleaners couldn't do, and it even climbs to clean the walls. Settings allow you to adjust the speed and you can adjust your pool valves too. My neighbor bought one too. Our only complaint was that after 11 months, the hoses fell apart. They are pretty pricey to replace, but we called the manufacturer, and they sent replacements for free. Thanks.
