works well I have the M-6 about a week and a half, it was stopping when it reached the end of it's hose and I had to manually pull it back. Purchased two more sections of hose and now it work's as I was intended. Bottom line, make sure you have enough hose so it can climb the wall's at the extreme end. The setting that the machine was at was fine and did not need any adjustments. Set it and forget it.

Great Buy I have only used Sand Shark vacs in both of my pools. I needed a replacement and started looking at options. I saw the MX6 and the good reviews and gave it a try. So far, I am pretty impressed with it. The first day, it seemed to have some trouble climbing the walls. I determined that I had 1 too many sections of hose hooked up so I took one out. The issue is resolved, but I am not sure if it was the hose or not. My Sand Shark used to get stuck climbing the wall under the waterfall. It would hit the rocks and just ... read more
Happy but... Works great unless you have palm frawns or long grass in your yard. They will bind up the gears instantly and then it stops working. Easy to clean.

Great product and price Was weary of this purchase because of the many questionable reviews, but took a chance because of the very reasonable price. A little work setting up by following directions. After a little frustration I put it back to the setting right out of the box and it worked like a charm. I suggest you just see how it operates in your pool before changing any settings. Best in-ground pool cleaner I have had a Hayward and the Great White. This cleaner is by far, the best. It crawls over the steps, stays underwater, and has such a simple design on parts. I give it 5 stars after 5 months of working 8 hours a day
