Keeps my pool clean We purchased this after moving in to our new house. Our pool isn't too big and this does a great job. On occasion it will sound like it is stuck but it eventually gets out of the spot.
It gets stuck every now and then It gets stuck in the corners and the steps of the pool and you would have to move it to get it going again
Replaced my old MX6 and new one works better than old one did when new! I was happy with my old mx6's cleaning but it always was getting stuck on the stairs so I always had to move it back to the deep end of the pool twice a day from the day that I purchased it in 2017. This new mx6 does not get stuck on the stairs, cleans great, and seems to be worry free. Love this! I had an old and well worn Dorado. In its day I thought it did a great job of cleaning a and brushing the pool, but it got stuck in some spots a lot. The zodiac though is a game changer. It never gets stuck. I have a variable speed pump and it seem to work well at any reasonable speed (I slow down to 1400 rpm at the end and it doesn’t move for that portion, but I don’t expect it to…Dorado didn’t either). Very useful and worth the money ! The media could not be loaded. I just got this new pool vacuum cleaner last weekend. My old vacuum retired after 15 years of service. No regrets of this one. It's better than my old vacuum since this machine also cleans up the wall. The good thing about this machine is when stuck on the area, it rotates by itself and move forward. I did not see any problem at the moment and it works well on my pool. Great product and a good choice for me. :)
Best Side Suction Vacuum IMO We moved into this house five years ago and inherited the old owner's Pentair Kreepy Krauly, which was terrible. It would always get stuck over the drain, get coiled around the vacuum hose, and only moved at about a foot per minute. I figured that it might have been just getting old, so I bought another one, and that one was no better. Hoses break easily and are expensive to replace The bot tends to get stuck sometimes but it cleans well. Our issue is that the hoses constantly split and replacements have to be ordered online and take forever to arrive. The hoses are also way over priced to break so easily and often.
Works well Lots of bang for your buck!
As advertised I’ll put it in and let it do it’s thing for days at a time. As long as you figure out your pump suction it does exactly what it should. Climbs walls, sucks loose debris and dead algae. Haven’t pulled out the pole vac all summer since getting it.
