Hose is too short for pool Great little vacuum however the hoses are too short and seller don’t have additional hose to make it right.. I added after market hoses for MX6-8 but you can hear the air leaking out when on the top of the water. I have to return it even though I like it.. 🤷🏼
I wonder if there’s something better The media could not be loaded. My older in-ground pool vacuum was also a Zodiac model. That one cost around $850 and lasted for almost 3 years after I replaced all parts that I could. I didn’t want to spend the same amount again so I gave this one a try. Came with everything needed to clean the pool. Works great.
Great sweeping action up walls The media could not be loaded. My only concern are the hoses. They seem fragile and the fact they are not standard hoses might cost me when they get worn out by the sun and I need to replace them. You can see the difference between the standard hoses on other sweepers versus these fancy screw type hoses. The material seems pretty weak.
Works Good This is a great pool vacuum. But has one flaw. Does not pick up anything large. Very small leafs maybe. But does a great job with everything else including walking the walls.
This is a wall climber! ! Wow..What a great pool cleaner.. We've had 4 Great White Sharks and I thought those were good cleaners, and then we got the Zodiac MX6.. This is a wonderful little machine.. It cleans the walls like no other and even set at the proper suction power it still climbs those walls and cleans the top coping tiles very well..Great cleaner for the money ! !
One Bad A$$ vacume this machine rocks, like an underwater hoover, easy to use.
Great cleaner, hoses not so good Like I said in the title it's a very good cleaner. After 3 years the hoses have started to come apart. Absolutely ridiculous how much they charge for a few feet of plastic crappy hose..
This is Awesome Setup was super quick, wheel rotation was dead on for the normal speed of my variable speed pump. ( 10 rotations in 20-22 seconds. Literally hooked everything together filled hose plugged into skimmer and it was off. Dropped in around 4pm and ran all night Chrystal clear in the morning. I honestly was amazed. After I noticed it was super clean in the morning. I stopped the filter and cleaned it then resumed operation. I've seen other units with long cords up plug in that cost more.
