It Simply Works Zodiac's standard packaging exceptionally sturdy and the unit was well packed. Added, it was easy to setup the MX^ and it worked out of the box.
Easy to use I like it
Not great, not terrible. I am new to pool ownership and am trying to find the most low maintenance way to keep it clean and free of leaves. I do not love it. I tried connecting it to the suction port, and proper operation requires full closure of the drain line and most of the skimmer line, placing the pump at risk of damage should the hose come out and let the suction cover snap shut. It’s also extremely finicky, requiring fine tuning. Too much flow and it climbs up out of the water and tries to airlock the pump, too little... read more
Zodie - our new pool guy Really, really like this new helper on our pool! It took a few adjustments to my variable speed pump to find the sweet spot and now Zodie is AWESOME! Easy to launch, does a great job, and a great value. Highly recommended Zodie as your next pool guy!
Hard to adjust to get the right amount of suction. Hard to adjust to get the right amount of suction. Too little and it doesn’t move. Too much and it comes out of the water and sucks in air.

Love and hate this vacuum This vacuum does a great job of climinbimg walls, going through the ladder steps, doing the stairs of my pool. The thing that drives me crazy is it keeps climbing the walls and sucking air at the edges of the pool, like it wants out!! I used to leave my Hayward in all the time when we aren’t swimming but this one you kind of need to babysit, let it vacuum, then take it out. It is a love/hate relationship
MX6 I really like the MX6 except that sometimes it gets stuck on seat ledges and stairs. It straddles the corners and just sits there and spins. I have to manually push it off.
