Doesn’t last. I bought this in July 2023 and it’s no longer working. I had to replace a few parts and now it just doesn’t move at all. I know it’s not the most expensive item on the market, but I would expect it to last longer than this. When it worked, it was good, but I definitely won’t be purchasing this one again.
Faulty cleaning device ...need a refund The Manufacturer Barracuda does not even acknowledge the "Ranger" that you sold me is even one of their products, ....their manufacturer's help sheet does not have anything relative to the Ranger...so no way to send them info about the fact that the ranger is a piece of junk...Have done all the troubleshooting items I originally got with the unit, including replacing the diaphragm, which makes the unit move... Buyer Beware I bought this for my above ground pool from Amazon and relied heavily on the reviews and the description written about the pool cleaner. Several different times in the description it said that it comes pre-assembled and all you had to do was connected to your skimmer. It said it would only take minutes. Stuck Like Chuck Cleaner does a pretty good job at cleaning above ground pool. I have a higher quality above ground pool with access steps to enter/exit and a wrap around deck with pool. DO NOT BUY THIS CLEANER IF YOU HAVE STEPS IN YOUR POOL! You will constantly have to monitor cleaner to unstuck from stairs. The so called “deflector” does nothing. Was missing the net when received Was missing net when received
broke within a year. disappointed. bought this as a replacement for one that lasted 10+ years. this one worked great when I purchased it (mid pool season last summer). this year it just sits in one place sucking water. didn't last a year. disappointed. I've taken it apart cleaned all the components, rubber and seal appear fine, no cracking. Just won't move anymore. sigh.
