Regulator doesnt fit and Air is getting in my pump? I am getting Air build-up in my 2hp pump!! I changed pump lid oring and still get air. I used a different regulator, which helped,it still air in pump! I have pvc from skimmer to pump and can't find out why this happens. I put plastic wrap over the pump lid and taped it around pump base. If air was being pulled in from lid, the wrap should have sucked up to the pump, it didn't. Ok but if you want to manually move it It always went over the same places, never getting more than half the bottom of my pool after 2 hours on.

Great cleaner. Kept my pool floor clean I have a 1 1/2 hp pool pump. I needed to adjust the right suction on an intake valve I installed to make it work properly on my system. Very happy, works great but unfortunately my above ground pool finally tore after 14 years.
