They promised me for a flat fee off 3k which I paid to get my granddads .87 acres for me. Originally it was a flat fee of 3 k and had to have my granddads death certificate. I've ended up having to get all death certificates 3 total so far and now they want me to get my grandmother's death certificate and she was divorced from my grandad yrs before my grandad even bought the property and died in l25 yrs before my granddad.
