Had our daughter’s 7th birthday here - All the kids had an absolute ball! Sera our party host was awesome! Sera was very kind, caring and patient with the children. Only thing that could have been better was the timing of the coffees and the adult platters of food didn’t come out within an acceptable time. This was absolutely no reflection on the party host her self, Sera. Definitely an issue with the kitchen and whoever actually makes the coffees. Apart from that small issue, was very enjoyable. We recently celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday at Zone Bowling and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the whole experience was stress-free, fun, and well organised. The staff (Maddie T, Ned & Emily) were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all the kids felt included and excited. They handled everything so smoothly — from organising the games to serving the food — which meant we could actually relax and enjoy the part! Highly Recommended!

We visited with a child for the first time, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. We’re not his parents, so we were a bit nervous bringing him here, especially trying new activities. When we got to the laser tag, he was quite scared at first and didn’t want to go in. He even got emotional and wanted to leave, and honestly, we didn’t know what to do and were about to give up. Brilliant Experience. The kids absolutely loved it. Great variety of activities from bowling, laser games to arcade games. The cake was delightful and of highest quality. The food was good, especially the Mozarella sticks. The party host Yenara was kind, considerate and attended to the needs of the kids extremely well. Was liked by the kids and did a wonderful job in ensuring the party went through smoothly and kids enjoyed. Overall a brilliant experience and extremely good value for money. Keep up the great work!!
