Shout out to Louis at Zone Bowling, Richland’s for making our son’s birthday party such a fantastic experience! He went above and beyond to make sure the kids had an amazing time. Thank you for your patience, enthusiasm, and outstanding service!
Clean venue and the bowling itself was a lot of fun, which made for a good overall experience. The main downside was the long wait time for food and drinks after ordering—it definitely felt like they were understaffed. That said, the staff who were there were friendly and did their best. With a few more team members on hand, this place could easily be much better.
I’m sorry to say we had a disappointing experience at Zone Bowling Richlands. It was our first time visiting, and unfortunately we won’t be back. There were a number of smaller issues throughout the night that individually wouldn’t normally be a major problem, but together they created a pretty poor overall experience. The biggest issue came at the end of the night, after finishing our games, we stayed seated at our lane for a few minutes to finish our food and drinks. Great, family friendly environment with nice staff. Bowling and arcades gaming area. We loved that the games all worked better than our local timezone especially that all the items in the bag sack, ring and ball toss games weren't missing items which made the game play much more enjoyable than other places.
