I visited the bowling centre in Sylvania yesterday and I just wanted to share my appreciation for the amazing customer service we received. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely staff member (I believe her name was Kathy). She had such a warm smile, was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable straight away. Ben was our party host for my son Knox’s 9th birthday. Zone bowling bowling Southgate was amazing but Ben was exceptional. He was patient, calm and really good with the kids. Nothing was too much. He went over and above with Knox’s birthday and we truly appreciate it. Other parents attending are now also keen to host parties at Southgate Zone bowling due to the smoothness of our day and probably because of Ben. Thanks mate
Celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday with her friends. Carla was our party host and all I can say is WOW! She’s incredibly fun, attentive and professional. Kept me updated on everything throughout our session. All the girls adored her. She ensured they were all having the time of time lives and updated them on what was next.
