Thank you to the wonderful ELLA for showing our kids the best time! Ella was organised, communicated every step of the way, she was patient, dealt with all the hurdles with a can-do attitude and exemplified so much passion for what she does! Highly recommend having a party here due to the excellent service provided from Ella and the rest of the team! Thanks from Madison and her clan!
This is my updated review, last review didn't seem to post correctly. An amazing arcade with super friendly and helpfull staff who were very helpfull. A lot of great games and a few unique ones I haven't seen at other timezones. Good range of prizes and not super busy whenever I've been. To Timezone Team Sorry I did write a more detailed review with pictures before but none of it saved. It was a 5/5 as well not 4/5 but there was some error when I posted this it seems.
Huge thanks to Ella for being such a fantastic party host. She handled the kids so well and kept everything running! super professional.
We had such a fantastic time at Manukau Zone Bowling, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jaydah! She was incredibly accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived, going above and beyond to make our visit extra special. Her warm attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming vibe that made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend visiting. And if you get Jaydah, you’re in for a treat!
Took my little brother and his friends out today and they had so much fun. There was only 3 of them but it felt like dealing with 10 kids. Thanks to Jaydah for making the experience so much more comforting! Thanks for being patient with my little shits, and accomodating to us. Great customer service skills, 5 stars all arounddd. Thanks to Connor too for tolerating these kids and their no-earz at the laser tag
