Extremely difficult process to even confirm an appointment. They will call once in the morning and if you happen to be at work it doesn’t matter they will cancel your appointment. You can try again, but they continue to just cancel appointments.
Surprisingly unfriendly, judgemental and condescending. Maybe he was having a bad day but he seemed angry from the second we met. Really difficult to talk to, no empathy, no understanding, didn't seem to have any interest in helping me and became argumentative when I asked questions. Really awful experience.
