I have been a patient of Zubin Zehtab for over a year & I am very satisfied with the care provided for my medication management. He is very insightful and takes his job as a provider very seriously. He has always carefully prescribed me the proper medications & adjusted them according to my needs.
I scheduled a consult appointment for my anxiety and stress. Shortly after I realized I had double booked myself. I called to cancel my consult, but was exactly 12 minutes late cancelling between their 48 hour window. I spoke with Amanda who was so sweet, helpful and understanding. She said she would speak to the NP to see if he was willing to waive the fee of $150!! Everyone is so helpful and professional. I really appreciate my online sessions, which make it extremely convenient to work around my schedule. I truly appreciate Mr. Zehtab. He truly has made a difference in my life.
I don’t believe my provider should be assisting female patients. He didn’t ask me any ADHD related questions that I could tell based on my previous Therapy visits. In the end, he said I have anxiety, depression, and OCD. Then he said I should double my depression medication. I’m not depressed right now so I won’t be doing that. I think it’s dangerous to see somebody for less than an hour and then saying they should double the dose of someone’s medication. We didn’t even get into all of my symptoms. Zubin took over my care when my first psychiatrist retired. Zubin has consistently been kind, compassionate, and listens to what I say. Under his aegis my care has continued without interruption or problems. He gets 5 stars out of 5.
