I obtained this insurance through the dealership as I was leasing the car. I was told that this supplemental insurance was essential especially if you have dings in the car. It took me 2 weeks to get a response when I had put in my claim. Though the technician was very helpful and did do a relatively good job. The hassle of waiting and constant calling was not worth it
