1st contact stop using you stated that you pay the very least possible. Didn't cover all my damage to car doors
I had a claim number. Dent Doc didn’t even try to fix the dent. Just said since the top edge touched a “body line” fixing it wouldn’t be covered under my warranty. Rep said he would take it back for “review” then denied the claim and didn’t bother to let me know.
Person came out. Looked around car and said he could fix nothing as warranty would not pay. Dents were under the inches but he said they were on a crease so he could fix but would not be covered by warranty. Feel totally ripped off as these looked like very small easy dents to get out. Two others I understand why he said these would not be covered. Also, no ding coverage but policy says dent and ding. What kind of ripoff is this? If it only covers dents it should not false advertise in the title.
We didn’t use your company. Your receptionist said she would help us let our insurance company know the situation and she NEVER followed through. I keep getting numerous texts from you and it’s beyond annoying.

Dent Doc was the best third party vendor used by Toyota Financial in their Wheel & Tire Protection scam. Next I will just deal with Dent Doc directly.
Took long for the dent guy to schedule me. Then he was late. He was very unprofessional. He took the pict without my presence and without me seeing it.
