Protection warranty does not say certain areas of repair. You're associate only remove middle dents on the doors. There were seven other dents at the bottom of door that he couldn't work. Warranty is a waste of money for repairs you can do.

You more then met my expectations the workmanship of the repairs was excellent ! I ahave no idea why it has 2 stars I would say 5/5 for sure

I had 2 dents on my car and you guys only approved one of them. Total waste of my time.

After calling to make appointment I was told I would be contacted by the repair man so he could schedule appointment. Never heard from him. I called him and I was told he would call me the next week because his schedule was too full for the week we were in at that time. I called the office the following week. The repair man finally called to make an appointment. He finally came and told me the repair was too big for him. I went to another dent repair man and he did the job. Technician stated it was too difficult to repair I ended up calling a mobile dent repairman who did a great job in less than one hour. I wasted my money buying your insurance this was the second time I called you for a minor ding and both times I ended up having to pay someone else.
