It took months to find a person close enough to do it
I had 2 dents on my car and you guys only approved one of them. Total waste of my time.
After calling to make appointment I was told I would be contacted by the repair man so he could schedule appointment. Never heard from him. I called him and I was told he would call me the next week because his schedule was too full for the week we were in at that time. I called the office the following week. Technician stated it was too difficult to repair I ended up calling a mobile dent repairman who did a great job in less than one hour. I wasted my money buying your insurance this was the second time I called you for a minor ding and both times I ended up having to pay someone else.
1st contact stop using you stated that you pay the very least possible. Didn't cover all my damage to car doors
I had a claim number. Dent Doc didn’t even try to fix the dent. Just said since the top edge touched a “body line” fixing it wouldn’t be covered under my warranty. Rep said he would take it back for “review” then denied the claim and didn’t bother to let me know.
Person came out. Looked around car and said he could fix nothing as warranty would not pay. Dents were under the inches but he said they were on a crease so he could fix but would not be covered by warranty. Feel totally ripped off as these looked like very small easy dents to get out. Two others I understand why he said these would not be covered. Also, no ding coverage but policy says dent and ding. What kind of ripoff is this? If it only covers dents it should not false advertise in the title.
We didn’t use your company. Your receptionist said she would help us let our insurance company know the situation and she NEVER followed through. I keep getting numerous texts from you and it’s beyond annoying.
